Indonesian nurses do not have guidelines Nursing Diagnosis
In Indonesia, there has been no agreement formula nursing diagnosis. So that the nurse is still experiencing confusion in applying the nursing service. Need organization nurse (PPNI) to develop guidelines for nursing diagnosis used in Indonesia.
